全球化是世界经济社会发展的必然进程,一直并将继续在多种力量驱动下曲折发展演进。“全球南方”是全球化的重要组成部分,但长期居于弱势和从属地位。当前,传统模式的全球化因其内在矛盾越来越难以持续,正在酝酿“蜕变”。“全球南方”在获得发展机遇的同时面临巨大挑战,中国的发展理念和全球发展倡议将为全球化注入新活力,并为“全球南方”带来新机遇。

Globalization is an inevitable process in the economic and social development of the world,marked by a complex and uneven evolution driven by various forces.The Global South,as an integral part of globalization,has long occupied a disadvantaged position.Today,the traditional model of globalization is becoming increasingly unsustainable due to its inherent contradictions,signaling a potential“transformation.”This shift presents both significant opportunities and substantial challenges for the Global South.China’s development philosophy and the Global Development Initiative(GDI)are set to reinvigorate globalization,offering new prospects for the Global South.
