摘要
为了降低便携式食品安全检测仪检测误差,提出了基于多目标优化的便携式食品安全检测仪参数自动校准方法。根据便携式食品安全检测仪的工作原理,将波长示值误差、吸光度示值误差以及被测物质浓度示值误差作为便携式食品安全检测仪参数自动校准项目,构建便携式食品安全检测仪参数基准,通过检测各校准项目的实际值与理论值,通过判断二者误差是否在标准范围内,实现便携式食品安全检测仪参数自动校准;并以使用性和经济性为目标,建立便携式食品安全检测仪参数自动校准间隔多目标优化模型,获取最佳便携式食品安全检测仪参数自动校准间隔,提升便携式食品安全检测仪参数自动校准性能。实验结果表明,该方法对便携式食品安全检测仪参数自动校准效果显著,可获取精准的食品安全检测结果。
Research on a parameter automatic calibration method for portable food safety detectors based on multi-objective optimization to reduce detection errors of portable food safety detectors.Based on the working principle of a portable food safety detector,wavelength indication error,absorbance indication error,and measured substance concentration indication error are used as automatic calibration items for the parameters of the portable food safety detector.A parameter benchmark for the portable food safety detector is constructed by detecting the actual and theoretical values of each calibration item,and determining whether the errors between the two are within the standard range,Implement automatic calibration of parameters for portable food safety detectors.And with the goal of usability and economy,establish a multi-objective optimization model for the automatic calibration interval of portable food safety detectors,obtain the optimal automatic calibration interval of portable food safety detectors,and improve the automatic calibration performance of portable food safety detectors.The experiment result shows that this method has a significant effect on the automatic calibration of parameters of portable food safety detectors,and can obtain accurate food safety detection results.
