人工智能时代下高职学生情绪劳动教育策略研究——以酒店管理专业为例

摘要 在人工智能蓬勃发展的时代,高职学生情绪劳动教育的重要性愈发凸显。通过调研学生情绪劳动能力水平及教育现状,揭示当前高职院校在情绪劳动教育中存在的问题。基于此,提出从情绪意识、情绪调节、情绪管理与沟通、情绪应对与自我保护、创新思维与情绪智能五大关键内容上来实施情绪劳动教育。在此基础上,以酒店管理专业为例,制定有机融合专业课程、多元化教学、教师培训和新技术融入等教育策略,旨在全面提升学生的情绪劳动能力,使其更好地适应人工智能时代的职业挑战。 In the era of rapid artificial intelligence development,the importance of emotional labor education for vocational college students is increasingly evident.Through assessing students’emotional labor skills and the current educational landscape,we identified issues in emotional labor education in vocational colleges.Consequently,we propose implementing emotional labor education focusing on five key areas:emotional awareness,regulation,management and communication,coping and self-protection,and innovative thinking and emotional intelligence.Using hotel management as an example,we suggest strategies like integrating emotional labor into professional courses,adopting diverse teaching methods,providing teacher training,and incorporating new technologies.These strategies aim to significantly enhance students’emotional labor skills,better preparing them for the occupational challenges of the artificial intelligence era.
