摘要
为了达到烟气的深度治理并消除烟气拖尾带来的视觉污染,实现余热回收的最大化,进行了玻纤窑炉废气处理技术应用方面的研究。研究表明:通过采用消石灰和小苏打两级脱硫不仅能大幅降低运行成本,还可实现部分副产物的回收再利用,最终实现烟气超低排放,从而为行业废气处理提供解决方案。
In order to achieve the deep treatment of flue gas and eliminate the visual pollution caused by the flue gas tailing,and maximize the recovery of waste heat,the research on the application of glass fiber furnace waste gas treatment technology is conducted.The results show that by using two-stage desulfurization of slaked lime and baking soda can not only significantly reduce operating costs,but also realize the recovery and reuse of some by-products,ultimately achieving ultra-low flue gas emissions,thus providing solutions for industrial waste gas treatment.
