新质生产力对民营企业高质量发展的影响——基于链式多重中介模型

Impact of New Quality Productivity on the High Quality Development ofPrivate Enterprises:Based on the Chain Multiple Mediation Model

新质生产力是推动民营企业高质量发展的必然选择。以2011-2022年中国A股上市民营企业为研究样本,综合运用双固定效应模型和链式中介模型,深入探讨新质生产力对民营企业高质量发展的影响作用及传导路径。新质生产力对民营企业高质量发展呈现正向影响,尤其在高新技术企业、非重污染企业、董事长与CEO两职合一企业和东部地区的企业中更加显著。融资约束、企业创新能力在新质生产力促进民营企业高质量发展中既发挥独立中介作用,又发挥链式中介作用。

New quality productivity is an inevitable choice to promote the high-quality development of private enter-prises.Selecting Chinese A-share listed private enterprises from 2011 to 2022 as research samples,this study comprehen-sively applies the double fixed effects model and chain mediation model to explore the impact and transmission path of new quality productivity on the high-quality development of private enterprises.The new quality productivity has a posi-tive impact on the high-quality development of private enterprises,especially in high-tech enterprises,non heavy polluting enterprises,enterprises with dual roles of chairman and CEO,and enterprises in the eastern region.Financing constraints and corporate innovation capabilities play both independent and chain mediated roles in promoting high quality develop-ment of private enterprises through new quality productivity.
