Ti元素对Zr_(55)Cu_(30)Al_(10)Ni_(5)非晶合金性能的影响

摘要 以Zr_(55)Cu_(30)Al_(10)Ni_(5)为基础合金,研究了Ti元素添加对合金热稳定性和力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,添加适量的Ti元素能提高Zr_(55)Cu_(30)Al_(10)Ni_(5)合金的热稳定性和非晶形成能力,随着Ti元素含量(x=0,0.5,1,1.5,2,2.5)的增加,Zr_(55)Cu_(30)Al_(10)Ni_(5)非晶合金热稳定先增大后减小,当x=2时,非晶合金的非晶形成能力最强。Ti的适量添加也有利于提高Zr_(55)Cu_(30)Al_(10)Ni_(5)试样硬度、压缩断裂强度和塑性变形能力;当x=2时,非晶合金的硬度达到533.56,随Ti元素含量的增加,非晶合金强度、塑性先增大后减小;当x=0.5时,非晶合金的断裂强度为2111 MPa,塑性为5.02%,是不添加Ti元素的非晶合金塑性的1.8倍。 The effects of Ti addition on the thermal stability and mechanical properties of Zr_(55)Cu_(30)Al_(10)Ni_(5)based alloy were studied.The results show that Zr_(55)Cu_(30)Al_(10)Ni_(5)can be improved by adding an appropriate amount of Ti element.The thermal stability and amorphous forming ability of Zr_(55)Cu_(30)Al_(10)Ni_(5)amorphous alloy.With the increase of Ti element content(x=0,0.5,1,1.5,2,2.5),the thermal stability of Zr_(55)Cu_(30)Al_(10)Ni_(5)amorphous alloy increases first and then decreases.When x=2,the amorphous forming ability of the amorphous alloy is the strongest.The proper addition of Ti is also beneficial to improve the hardness,compressive fracture strength and plastic deformation ability of Zr_(55)Cu_(30)Al_(10)Ni_(5)sample.When x=2,the hardness of the amorphous alloy reaches 533.56.With the increase of Ti element content,the strength and plasticity of the amorphous alloy increase first and then decrease.When x=0.5,the breaking strength of the amorphous alloy is 2111 MPa,and the plasticity is 5.02%,which is 1.8 times the plasticity of the amorphous alloy without Ti element.
