地下埋藏式钢岔管设计与水压试验

摘要 新疆某在建工程1#岔管为地下埋藏式钢岔管,岔管采用洞内拼装焊接、洞内水压试验的施工方案。岔管位置受附近区域性构造影响,片理及裂隙发育,岩体破碎,开挖过程中通过加强一次支护措施,保证了洞室的稳定和安全。1#岔管承受内水压力较大,最大HD值为2616.0m2,采用800MPa级B780CF钢制作。岔管安装完成后,在洞内进行原位水压试验及应力应变检测,以掌握岔管各重要部位的应力分布及变形情况。1#岔管设计、洞室开挖与支护以及洞内水压试验方案等,对类似工程具有一定的借鉴和指导意义。 The 1#bifurcated pipe of a construction project in Xinjiang is an underground steel bifurcated pipe,which adopts the construction plan of assembly and welding in tunnel,and hydrostatic pressure test in tunnel.The location of the bifurcated pipe is affected by the regional structure nearby,with developed schistosity and fissures,and fragmented rock mass.During the excavation,primary support measures were strengthened to ensure the stability and safety of the cavern.The 1#bifurcated pipe of the project is subjected to high water pressure,with a maximum HD value of 2616.0 m2.It is made of 800 MPa grade B780CF steel.After the installation of the bifurcated pipe is completed,an in-situ hydrostatic pressure test and stress-strain detection are carried out inside the tunnel to grasp the stress distribution and deformation situation of each important part of the bifurcated pipe.The design of the 1#bifurcated pipe,excavation and support of the tunnel,and the hydrostatic pressure test inside the tunnel have certain reference and guidance significance for similar projects.
