摘要
由于旁多引水工程的建设,西藏旁多水利枢纽工程任务需进行调整。通过相关的径流调节计算和水能计算等分析了水资源配置成果和相关水能指标,分析了工程任务次序调整对旁多水利枢纽工程的供水、灌溉、发电和防洪等任务的影响,并复核了输水隧洞的过流能力。同时考虑水库下泄流量变化对下游农业灌溉和直孔电站发电量产生的影响,综合分析研判工程任务调整的可行性和合理性。为类似已建工程进行任务调整提供了参考和分析思路。
Due to the construction of Pangduo water diversion project,the task order of Pangduo Water conservancy project in Tibet needs to be adjusted.In this paper,the results of water resources allocation and related water energy indexes are analyzed through relevant runoff regulation calculation and water energy calculation,and the influence of project task order adjustment on water supply,irrigation,power generation and flood control tasks of Pangduo water project is analyzed,and the overflow capacity of the water transmission tunnel is reviewed.At the same time,considering that the change of the discharge of the reservoir may have an impact on the downstream agricultural irrigation and the power generation of the straight hole power station,the feasibility and rationality of the adjustment of the project task are comprehensively analyzed.This paper provides reference and analysis ideas for reasonable task adjustment of similar existing projects.
