石台抽水蓄能电站施工供电系统设计

摘要 抽水蓄能电站施工供电系统建设除具有一般水电工程的特点,如场内建筑物布置分散、施工工期长、用电负荷大、站址位置偏僻、电源匮乏距离远等,通常还需考虑与未来电站运行期用电相结合,以最大限度利用施工期供电设施,减小重复建设。以石台抽水蓄能电站施工供电系统设计为例,介绍施工供电电源选择、供电设施永临结合设计方案,为今后类似工程应用提供借鉴和参考。 The construction of the power supply system for pumped storage power stations not only has the characteristics of general hydropower projects,such as scattered buliding layout,long construction period,large power load,remote station location,and the power shortage.However,the power supply system for pumped storage power stations also needs to be combined with future power supply during the operation period of the power station to maximize the utilization of power supply facilities during the construction period and reduce duplicate construction investment.This article focuses on the design of the construction power supply system for the Shitai pumped storage power station as an example to introduce the selection of construction power supply sources and the design of permanent and temporary power supply facilities,providing reference and guidance for similar engineering applications in the future.
