土壤有机碳分组及测定方法研究概述

摘要 土壤是陆地生态系统最大的碳库,通过提高土壤固碳量并维持碳库稳定是减缓温室效应的有效途径。有机碳是土壤固碳的核心要素,研究土壤有机碳库的组分构成、相互关系、转化过程是探究土壤固碳能力和应对气候变化的关键。由于土壤有机碳库的复杂性,在研究的过程中,出现了多种有机碳组分,目前尚缺乏系统的综述总结。基于此,本文对土壤有机碳组分的概念和内涵做了系统梳理和概括总结,对有机碳的分组技术和测定方法进行概述,并对不同碳组分间的相互关系和转化过程简要阐述,以推动土壤有机碳在未来研究和应用上的方便和统一,为探寻全球气候变化下如何提高土壤固碳研究提供理论资料。 Soil has been one of the largest terrestrial reservoirs for the organic carbon.The soil carbon sequestration can greatly contribute to the stability of carbon reservoir,in order to mitigate the greenhouse effect.Among them,the organic carbon is the core element of soil carbon sequestration.It is very necessary to clarify the fractions,composition,interrelationship and transformation of organic carbon reservoir during soil carbon sequestration under climate change.However,many definitions of organic carbon fractions have been limited the process of research,due to the complex soil organic carbon pool.It is still lacking the critical review and summary on the organic carbon fractions.Therefore,this review aims to systematically summarize the definition,fractions and determination methods of soil organic carbon.A brief analysis was performed on the interrelationship and transformation among different carbon fractions.The purpose of this study was to promote the convenience and unification of soil organic carbon in future research and application.The finding can also provide the theoretical data to improve the soil carbon sequestration under global climate change.
