文章阐述了装配式建筑的概念和特点,随后深入探索了装配式建筑施工技术在设计、施工准备、部件生产、现场组装和信息管理等方面的实际应用情况。然而,装配式建筑施工技术在当前面临着诸多挑战,文章针对这些挑战提出了一些建议,包括在设计阶段加强管理,优化施工组织的管理架构,完善产品质量控制机制,并加强安全监管措施等,以期提高装配式建筑施工技术在建筑工程管理中的应用效率,促进建筑业的高质量发展。

This paper expounds the concept of prefabricated building and characteristics,and then explores the practical application of prefabricated building construction technology in design,construction preparation,component production,on-site assembly and information management.However,the prefabricated building construction technology is facing many challenges at present.Aiming at these challenges,this paper puts forward some suggestions,including strengthening management in the design stage,optimizing the management structure of construction organization,improving the product quality control mechanism,and strengthening safety supervision measures,in order to improve the application efficiency of the prefabricated building construction technology in the construction engineering management and promote the high-quality development of the construction industry.
