旋挖钻机配合挖掘机开挖石质基坑技术研究

Research on Rock Foundation Excavation Technology with Rotary Excavator and Excavator

石质基坑常采用爆破技术进行开挖,但是在受工程条件限制时只能采用冷开挖作业方式进行开挖。传统的冷开挖方式为破碎锤配合挖掘机施工,但该方案施工进度缓慢。因此,为了加快石质基坑的开挖速度,文章采用了旋挖钻机钻孔破碎岩层配合挖掘机开挖出渣的开挖方案。结果显示,该方案不仅能缩短工期,还可以降低施工风险和施工成本。

Rock foundation pit is often excavated by blasting technology,but only cold excavation can be used when limited by engineering conditions.The traditional cold excavation method is to use the crushing hammer and excavator for construction,but the construction progress of this scheme is slow.Therefore,in order to speed up the excavation of stone foundation pit,this paper adopts the excavation scheme of rotary drilling rig drilling broken rock strata and excavator excavation slag.The results show that this scheme can not only shorten the construction period,but also reduce the construction risk and construction cost.
