摘要
由于高层建筑施工过程复杂,风险众多,涉及安全、环境和社会等多个方面,因此对施工管理提出了更高要求。文章采用德尔菲法与概率影响矩阵相结合的方法对施工中的风险进行识别和评估,并提出针对性的控制措施,旨在为高层建筑施工的风险管理提供理论指导和实践参考。
Due to the complex construction process and numerous risks of high-rise buildings,involving multiple aspects such as safety,environment,and society,higher requirements have been put forward for construction management.The article uses a combination of Delphi method and probability impact matrix to identify and evaluate risks in construction,and adopts targeted control measures,aiming to provide theoretical guidance and practical reference for risk management in high-rise building construction.
