With the rapid development of the construction industry,construction enterprises are facing increasing cost pressure and risks.The whole process cost control in construction project management is crucial for ensuring project quality,budget,and schedule.The article first analyzes the goals and basic principles of cost control throughout the entire process of construction engineering,then points out the problems existing in current cost control,and finally proposes specific control strategies in project design,bidding,construction,and completion acceptance stages,aiming to provide reference for construction enterprises to better implement full process cost control.
