This article explores the problems in the application of construction technology and on-site management through literature research and case analysis,and proposes suggestions for technological innovation and the implementation of full process quality control to improve the level of construction technology and management.The research results show that only by accelerating technological progress,strengthening construction site management,and promoting the development of building construction towards informatization,greening,and intelligence can construction quality be improved and sustainable development of the construction industry be promoted.
