Due to the long construction time of the construction project,there will be many uncertain factors in practice,which will have a certain impact on the normal operation of the project.In order to achieve better progress management effect,professionals need to effectively manage and control the construction process according to the actual situation,so as to ensure the scientific implementation of building construction.Therefore,aiming at the problems existing in the construction progress management and control of construction engineering,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures to ensure the smooth development of construction.
