城市更新背景下老城区公共空间改造思路研究

Research on the Transformation of Public Space in Old Urban Areas Under the Background of Urban Renewal

文章结合老城公共空间改造的实例,阐述了我国城市更新的核心议题以及城市更新所需应用的观念,探讨了城市当前的老城改造的状况;同时,以人文环境改造为主题,从保护和延续老城区的历史文化、构建立体化城市综合体、开发地下空间三个方面入手,提出了老城区公共空间改造的可能路径及保障措施,以期在提升老城区改造品质的基础上,增强其竞争优势。

Combining with the example of the old city public space reconstruction,this paper expounds the core issues of urban renewal and the concepts of urban renewal in China,and discusses the current situation of the old city reconstruction.At the same time,taking the transformation of the human environment as the theme,starting from the protection and continuation of the history and culture of the old city,the construction of three-dimensional urban complex,and the development of underground space,this paper puts forward the possible paths and safeguard measures for the transformation of public space in the old city,in order to enhance the competitive advantage of the old city on the basis of improving the transformation quality.
