甘胆酸与总胆汁酸联合检测在肝胆疾病诊断中的临床应用研究

Clinical Application of Combined Detection of Glycolic Acid and Total Bile Acid in the Diagnosis of Liver and Gallbladder Diseases

目的探讨甘胆酸与总胆汁酸联合检测在肝胆疾病诊断中的临床价值,以期为临床提供更准确、更可靠的诊断依据。方法纳入2023年1月至2023年12月本院收治的肝胆疾病患者80例,根据疾病类型不同分为病毒性肝炎组(20例)、胆道梗阻组(20例)、肝硬化组(20例)、肝癌组(20例),选取同期入院的健康体检者设为健康对照组(20例)。所有入组者均接受了甘胆酸、总胆汁酸检测和传统肝损害的酶蛋白活性检测,比较诊断效能差异。结果病毒性肝炎组、胆道梗阻组、肝硬化组和肝癌组患者的甘胆酸、总胆汁酸水平均高于健康对照组(P<0.05);4组肝胆疾病患者甘胆酸与总胆汁酸联合检测的阳性率、准确率、灵敏度、特异度均高于传统肝损害的酶蛋白活性检测(P<0.05)。结论甘胆酸与总胆汁酸联合检测在肝胆疾病诊断中具有较好的应用价值,通过联合检测,可以更全面、更准确地评估肝脏的功能状态及损害程度,为临床提供更有力的诊断依据。

Objective To explore the clinical value of combined detection of glycolic acid and total bile acids in the diagnosis of hepatobiliary diseases,with a view to providing a more accurate and reliable diagnostic basis for the clinic.Methods A total of 80 patients with hepatobiliary diseases admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were included,divided into viral hepatitis group(20 cases),biliary obstruction group(20 cases),cirrhosis group(20 cases)and hepatocellular carcinoma group(20 cases)according to the type of disease,and the healthy medical checkups admitted to our hospital during the same period were set up as the healthy control group(20 cases).All the enrollee received glycolic acid,total bile acid test and enzyme protein activity test for conventional liver damage to compare the difference in diagnostic efficacy.Results The levels of glycylcholic acid and total bile acids in patients in the viral hepatitis group,biliary obstruction group,cirrhosis group,and hepatocellular carcinoma group were higher than those in the healthy control group(P<0.05);the positivity,accuracy,sensitivity,and specificity of the combined detection of glycylcholic acid and total bile acids in patients with liver and biliary diseases in the four groups were higher than that of the enzyme protein activity assay for traditional liver damage(P<0.05).Conclusions The combined detection of glycolic acid and total bile acids has a better application value in the diagnosis of hepatobiliary diseases.Through the combined detection,the functional status and degree of damage of the liver can be more comprehensively and accurately assessed,providing a more powerful diagnostic basis for the clinic.
