专科体温保护标准化流程干预在胸腔镜手术患者手术室护理中的应用

Application of Standardized Process Intervention for Specialized Temperature Protection in Operating Room Nursing of Patients Undergoing Thoracoscopic Surgery

目的探讨胸腔镜手术患者手术室护理采用专科体温保护标准化流程的临床效果。方法以2022年7月至2023年7月我院90例胸腔镜手术患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,予以不同手术室体温护理方案。观察组45例,基于专科体温保护标准化流程进行体温护理,对照组45例,予以常规体温护理。比较观察两组不同时点核心体温变化,观察并记录两组术后苏醒情况,统计两组体温相关不良事件发生率,评价护理干预效果。结果观察组通路建成开始手术及术中30、60、90、120 min时的体温高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组自主呼吸恢复时间(10.94±1.46)min与苏醒时间(17.64±2.07)min早于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组体温相关不良事件发生率(6.67%)低于对照组(22.22%)(P<0.05)。结论基于专科体温保护标准化流程对胸腔镜手术患者进行体温护理,可以更好地维持患者围手术期体温平稳,预防和减少体温相关不良事件,对促进患者术后自主呼吸早期恢复与早期苏醒也有积极作用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of using specialized temperature protection standardization process in the operating room nursing of patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 90 patients who underwent thoracoscopic surgery in our hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method and given different operating room temperature care plans.45 cases in the experimental group received temperature care based on standardized procedures for specialized temperature protection,while 45 cases in the control group received routine temperature care.Compare and observe the changes in core body temperature between two groups at different time points,observe and record the postoperative recovery status of the two groups,calculate the incidence of temperature related adverse events in both groups,and evaluate the effectiveness of nursing interventions.Results The body temperature of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group at the start of surgery and at 30,60,90,and 120 minutes during surgery(P<0.05).The recovery time of spontaneous respiration in the experimental group(10.94±1.46)minutes and the awakening time(17.64±2.07)minutes were earlier than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of temperature related adverse events in the experimental group(6.67%)was lower than that in the control group(22.22%)(P<0.05).Conclusions Based on the standardized process of specialized temperature protection,providing temperature care for patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery can better maintain stable perioperative temperature,prevent and reduce temperature-related adverse events,and have a positive effect on promoting early recovery and awakening of postoperative spontaneous respiration in patients.
