生理-心理-社会协同护理模式对老年慢性心力衰竭患者的干预效果

Intervention Effects of Physiological,Psychological and Social Collaborative Nursing Model on Elderly Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

目的探讨生理-心理-社会协同护理模式对老年慢性心力衰竭患者的干预效果。方法收集2021年12月至2022年12月在福建省闽清县总医院住院治疗的98例老年慢性心力衰竭患者,经随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各49例。对照组接受常规护理干预,观察组接受生理-心理-社会协同护理模式干预,对比心肺功能、自我效能、生活质量差异。结果干预1周后,观察组患者的6分钟步行距离(6MWD)大于对照组,自我效能量表(GSES)评分高于对照组,尼苏达心力衰竭生活质量问卷(MLHFQ)各维度(情绪、身体、其他)评分低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论生理-心理-社会协同护理模式应用于老年慢性心力衰竭患者中,可有效提升心肺功能,增强自我效能感,提升生活质量。

Objective To explore the intervention effect of physiological,psychological and social collaborative nursing model on elderly chronic heart failure patients.Methods A total of 98 elderly patients with chronic heart failure who were hospitalized in Fujian Minqing County General Hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were collected and divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,each with 49 cases.The control group received conventional nursing interventions,and the observation group received physiological,psychological,and social collaborative nursing model interventions to compare the differences in cardiopulmonary function,self-efficacy,and quality of life.Results After 1 week of intervention,patients in the observation group had a 6-minute walking distance(6MWD)greater than that of the control group,a general self-efficacy scale(GSES)score higher than that of the control group,and Minnesota living with heart failure questionnaire(MLHFQ)scores in all dimensions(emotional,physical,and other)lower than that of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Physiological,psychological and social collaborative nursing model applied to elderly chronic heart failure patients can effectively improve cardiopulmonary function,enhance self-efficacy and improve quality of life.
