基于症状管理的健康教育联合阶段式康复训练对颅脑损伤术后患者健康行为及运动功能的影响

Effects of Symptom Management-Based Health Education Combined with Staged Rehabilitation Training on Health Behaviours and Motor Functions of Postoperative Patients with Craniocerebral Injuries

目的探讨基于症状管理的健康教育联合阶段式康复训练在颅脑损伤术后患者中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月至2023年11月我院收治的72例颅脑损伤患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各36例。对照组行常规干预,观察组采取基于症状管理的健康教育联合阶段式康复训练。对比两组健康行为、神经功能、运动功能及生存质量。结果干预后,观察组健康行为能力自评量表(SRAHP)中的营养(16.21±2.13)分、心理安适(24.55±2.37)分、运动(28.16±3.11)分、健康责任(28.17±2.70)分,运动功能评定量表(FMA)评分(77.45±5.52)分,世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表(WHOQOL-BREF)中的生理领域(78.12±5.02)分、心理领域(80.33±5.42)分、社会领域(88.41±4.23)分、环境领域(85.34±5.01)分高于对照组(P<0.05);美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分(10.23±1.25)分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于症状管理的健康教育联合阶段式康复训练能改善颅脑损伤术后患者健康行为,促进神经及运动功能恢复,并提升生存质量。

Objective To explore the application effect of symptom management-based health education combined with stage-based rehabilitation training in postoperative patients with craniocerebral injury.Methods A total of 72 patients with craniocerebral injury admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to November 2023 were selected and divided into two groups of 36 cases each according to the random number table method.The control group performed conventional intervention,and the observation group adopted symptom management-based health education combined with stage-based rehabilitation training.Health behaviour,neurological function,motor function and survival quality were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the observation group scored nutrition(16.21±2.13),psychological well-being(24.55±2.37),exercise(28.16±3.11),and health responsibility(28.17±2.70)on the SRAHP,and the score of FMA(77.45±5.52)on the WHOQOL-BREF scores in the physical domain(78.12±5.02),psychological domain(80.33±5.42),social domain(88.41±4.23),and environmental domain(85.34±5.01)were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);NIHSS score(10.23±1.25)was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Symptom management-based health education combined with stage-based rehabilitation training can improve the health behaviours of postoperative patients with craniocerebral injury,promote the recovery of neurological and motor functions,and enhance the quality of survival.
