难治性精神分裂症患者予以利培酮及奥氮平对其生存质量的影响

The Effect of Risperidone and Olanzapine on the Quality of Life in Patients with Refractory Schizophrenia

目的探究确诊为难治性精神分裂症的患者药物治疗期间分别应用利培酮、奥氮平所取效果,评估对生存质量产生的影响。方法选取2022年10月至2023年10月霞浦县精神病医院确诊为精神分裂症的患者72例,经随机数字表法分为两组,分别设定为对照组(36例)、观察组(36例),前组所用药物为利培酮,后组经奥氮平治疗,评估整体治疗效果,评价指标包含阴性和阳性症状量表(PANSS评分)、认知功能(MoCA评分)、血清炎性因子水平、药物不良反应、生存质量(SQIS评分)。结果治疗后,两组患者PANSS评分降低,且观察组PANSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者MoCA评分均较治疗前提高(P<0.05),观察组MoCA评分高于对照组(P<0.05);患者血清炎症因子水平降低,观察组血清炎症因子水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组间药物不良反应对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论予以难治性精神分裂症患者利培酮及奥氮平治疗均具有较高的安全性,但是与利培酮相比,奥氮平对于认知功能、机体血清炎症因子水平的改善作用更为显著,可提高整体生存质量。

Objective To explore the effect of Risperidone and Olanzapine during drug treatment,to evaluate the effect on Quality of life.Methods A total of 72 patients diagnosed with schizophrenia in Xiapu County Psychiatric Hospital were selected from October 2022 to October 2023,and were divided into two groups by random number table method,which were set as the control group(36 cases)and the observation group(36 cases),and the medication used in the former group was risperidone,and the latter group was treated by olanzapine,to assess the overall treatment effect,and the evaluation indexes contained negative and positive symptom scales(PANSS score)The evaluation indexes included negative and positive symptoms scale(PANSS score),cognitive function(MoCA score),serum inflammatory factor levels,adverse drug reactions,and quality of survival(SQIS score).Results After treatment,the PANSS scores of patients in both groups were reduced,and the PANSS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the MoCA scores of patients in both groups were improved compared with the pre-treatment period(P<0.05),and the MoCA scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);and the levels of serum inflammatory factors of patients were reduced,and the levels of serum inflammatory factors of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The difference in adverse drug reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions Both Risperidone and Olanzapine have high safety in the treatment of Refractory schizophrenia patients.However,compared with risperidone,olanzapine has a more significant improvement effect on cognitive function and serum inflammatory factor levels,which can improve overall quality of life.
