心理干预对复杂性视网膜脱离修复手术患者术中配合程度的影响分析

Psychological Intervention in Patients Undergoing Complex Retinal Detachment Repair Surgery Analysis of the Influence of Coordination Degree and Heart Rate

目的探究复杂性视网膜脱离修复手术患者使用心理干预的作用。方法选取2022年1月至2023年5月宁德师范学院附属宁德市医院收治的复杂性视网膜脱离修复手术患者60例,以随机数字表法作为分组依据,均30例。对照组行常规护理,试验组行心理干预联合常规护理。对比两组负性情绪[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、血压及心率、生活质量水平[36项简明健康状况调查问卷(SF-36)]、术中配合程度。结果干预后,试验组心理状态、生活质量均优于对照组,心率及血压低于对照组(均P<0.05)。试验组术中配合程度96.67%高于对照组73.33%(P<0.05)。结论予以复杂性视网膜脱离修复手术患者心理干预,有助于减少患者负性情绪,降低血压及心率,提高术中配合程度、生活质量水平。

Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention in patients undergoing complex retinal detachment repair surgery.Methods A total of 60 patients with complex retinal detachment repair surgery admitted to Ningde Hospital affiliated to Ningde Teachers College from January 2022 to May 2023 were selected,and the randomized numerical table method was used as the basis for the grouping of 30 cases.The control group practiced routine care,and the experimental group practiced psychological intervention combined with routine care.Negative mood[Self-assessment Scale for Anxiety(SAS),Self-assessment Scale for Depression(SDS)],blood pressure and heart rate,quality of life level[36-item Brief Health Status Questionnaire(SF-36)],and degree of intraoperative cooperation were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the psychological state and quality of life of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,and the heart rate and blood pressure were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The degree of intraoperative cooperation in the experimental group was 96.67%higher than 73.33%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Psychological intervention in patients undergoing complex retinal detachment repair surgery can help reduce negative emotions,reduce blood pressure and heart rate,improve intraoperative cooperation and quality of life.
