延续性康复护理模式在腰椎间盘突出症患者中的应用效果

The Application Effect of Continuous Rehabilitation Nursing Model in Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的分析延续性康复护理模式在腰椎间盘突出症患者中的应用效果。方法选择对象是2023年1—12月78例本院治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者,随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各组对象是39例,对照组给予常规护理模式,研究组给予延续性康复护理模式,比较两组护理效果;分别在出院2个月、4个月、6个月评估两组腰椎功能、脊髓神经功能;对比两组护理满意度。结果研究组护理总有效率94.87%(37/39)高于对照组护理总有效率71.79%(28/39);研究组在出院2个月、4个月、6个月,其腰椎功能、脊髓神经功能等评分均低于对照组;研究组护理满意度97.43%(38/39)高于对照组护理满意度74.36%(29/39)(均P<0.05)。结论延续性康复护理模式有利于改善腰椎间盘突出症患者的进临床症状,改善腰椎功能、脊髓神经功能,患者满意度更高。

Objective To analyze the application effect of continuous rehabilitation nursing mode in patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 78 patients with lumbar disc herniation treated in our hospital were randomly divided into a comparison group and a study group,39 cases in each group.The comparison group was given conventional nursing mode,while the study group was given continuous rehabilitation nursing mode,and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Lumbar function and spinal nerve function were evaluated at 2 months,4 months and 6 months after discharge.The nursing satisfaction of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of nursing care in the study group was 94.87%(37/39)higher than the total effective rate of nursing care in the control group,which was 71.79%(28/39);the scores of lumbar spine function and spinal nerve function of the study group were lower than those of the control group at 2,4 and 6 months after discharge from the hospital;and the satisfaction rate of nursing care in the study group was 97.43%(38/39)higher than that of the control group,which was 74.36%(29/39)(all P<0.05).Conclusions The extended rehabilitation care model is conducive to improving the in clinical symptoms of patients with lumbar disc herniation,improving lumbar spine function,spinal nerve function,and higher patient satisfaction.
