摘要
钢桁架桥跨越能力强、施工效率高、承载能力强且耐久性好,在桥梁工程领域得到广泛应用。随着施工技术的发展,越来越多的大跨度钢结构工程开始采用整体吊装的施工方法,该方法简便高效,绿色环保,应用前景广阔。文章依托湖州市长兴县都家桥主桥简支钢桁架桥工程,对浮吊设备进行选型,并基于Midas有限元模型比选得出最佳吊装方式,最终提出一套完整的钢桁架桥整体浮吊施工方案。
Steel truss bridges have strong spanning capacity,high construction efficiency,strong bearing capacity and good durability,which are widely used in the field of bridge engineering.With the development of construction technology,more and more large-span steel structure projects have begun to adopt the construction method of integral hoisting,which is simple and efficient,green and environmentally friendly,with broad application prospects.Based on the simply-supported steel truss bridge project of the main bridge of Dujia bridge in Changxing county of Huzhou,the floating crane equipment is selected,and the best hoisting method is compared and selected based on the Midas finite element model,and a complete set of construction scheme for the integral floating crane of the steel truss bridge is finally put forward.
