沥青路面无人化施工技术在辽宁现役高速公路维修中的应用研究

摘要 现阶段,沥青路面施工存在施工条件差、管理手段不完善、施工质量出现“数据孤岛”等现象。沥青路面摊铺碾压过程往往通过监理旁站、施工单位自查等手段进行监督,存在质量隐患。理论上,无人化施工技术可通过对大数据的分析,结合不同外界条件自动进行施工参数优化。为此,在辽宁省现役锦阜高速公路维修项目中,围绕沥青路面无人施工工艺、施工过程管控以及工程质量评价三个方面,对无人化沥青路面罩面养护施工作业开展应用研究。最终,在实际工程应用中验证了无人摊压机群设备应用于现役高速公路维修罩面施工的可行性。 The asphalt pavement construction has the phenomenon of poor construction condition,imperfect management means,and"data island"of construction quality at this stage.The asphalt pavement paving and rolling compaction process is often supervised by means of supervision side station and self-inspection of the construction unit,and there are potential quality hazards.Theoretically,the unmanned construction technology can automatically optimize the construction parameters through the analysis of big data and different external conditions.To this end,in the maintenance project of active-service Jinfu expressway in Liaoning province,the application research on the unmanned asphalt pavement cover maintenance construction operation is carried out from three aspects like unmanned construction technology of asphalt pavement,construction process control and engineering quality evaluation.Finally,the feasibility of the unmanned spreading machine group equipment applied to the maintenance cover construction of the active-service expressway is verified in the practical engineering application.
