摘要
为分析密级配沥青稳定碎石混合料(ATB)的路用性能及其影响因素,设计了5种不同粗细集料比和粉胶比的ATB-25级配,通过室内车辙试验、低温弯曲试验和冻融劈裂试验评价ATB混合料的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性和水稳定性,分析并提出具有良好路用性能的ATB混合料所适用的粗细集料比和粉胶比。结果表明,采用合理的粗细集料比和粉胶比有助于提升ATB的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性和水稳定性。推荐满足ATB路用性能要求的粗细集料比范围为62/38~72/28;粉胶比建议一般范围宜取1.0~1.2,高温区建议取1.2~1.4,低温区建议取0.8~1.0。
In order to analyze the pavement performance and influencing factors of the densely-graded asphalt stabilized gravel mixture(ATB),five kinds of ATB-25 gradations with different coarse-to-fine aggregate ratios and powder-glue ratios are designed,and the high-temperature stability,low-temperature crack resistance and water stability of ATB mixture are evaluated by the indoor rutting test,low-temperature bending test and freeze-thaw splitting test,and the coarse-to-fine aggregate ratio and powder-glue ratio applicable to ATB mixture with good pavement performance are analyzed and put forward.The results show that,the reasonable coarse-to-fine aggregate ratio and powder-glue ratio can help to improve the high-temperature stability,low-temperature crack resistance and water stability of ATB.It is recommended that the coarse-to-fine aggregate ratio range that meets the pavement performance requirement of ATB is 62/38~72/28,and the powder-glue ratio is recommended to be in the general range of 1.0~1.2,1.2~1.4 in the high temperature area,and 0.8~1.0 in the low temperature area.
