摘要
建成环境与轨道交通客流之间联系密切,精准识别轨道交通客流的主要影响因素及其作用程度,对于促进轨道交通客流运营效能、引导轨道交通线网规划具有重要作用。文章对国内外相关文献进行深入研究,总结归纳了建成环境对城市轨道交通客流影响机制的主要研究方法,包括全局线性回归模型、局部线性回归模型和非线性回归模型,并对其特征和应用情况进行了详细解析。通过对比研究,发现线性回归与非线性回归方法在分析建成环境对城市轨道交通客流影响机制过程中存在的优势与劣势,并尝试采用局部线性与非线性相结合的研究方法,构建地理加权决策树模型,以综合解析建成环境与轨道交通客流之间的复杂关系。
The built environment is closely related to the urban rail transit passenger flow.Accurately identifying the main influencing factors of urban rail transit passenger flow and their degree of influence plays an important role in promoting the operational efficiency of urban rail transit passenger flow and guiding the planning of urban rail transit line networks.This paper conducts an in-depth study of relevant domestic and international literature and summarizes the main research methods for studying the impact mechanism of built environment on urban rail transit passenger flow,which including global linear regression model,local linear regression model and nonlinear regression model,and analyzes their characteristics and applications in detail.Through comparative researches,the article identifies the advantages and disadvantages of linear regression and nonlinear regression methods in analyzing the impact mechanism of the built environment on urban rail transit passenger flow.It also attempts to adopt a combination of local linear and nonlinear research methods to construct a geographically weighted decision tree model that comprehensively analyzes the complex relationship between built environment and urban rail transit passenger flow.
