数字化转型对企业高质量发展的影响机制研究——来自中国A股上市制造业企业的证据

Research on the Influence Mechanism of Digital Transformation on the High Quality Development of Enterprises——Evidence from China’s A-share Listed Manufacturing Enterprises

我国已进入数字经济时代,企业数字化转型已成为当前我国经济的热点议题。以2018—2022年2445家中国A股上市制造业企业为研究对象,采用固定效应模型探讨数字化转型对企业高质量发展的影响。研究表明,数字化转型对企业高质量发展能够起到显著的促进作用;机制检验显示,在数字化转型促进高质量发展这一过程中,资产结构和内部控制能够起到中介作用,企业经营风险具有显著的调节作用。进一步的异质性分析表明,数字化转型在推动东部地区企业及非高新技术企业的高质量发展中表现出显著的促进效果。最后提出相关政策建议,以期为我国制造业企业实施数字化转型促进高质量发展提供经验与借鉴。

The era of digital economy has arrived in China,and the digital transformation of enterprises has be-come a hot topic in China’s economy at present.This paper takes 2445 Chinese A--share listed manufacturing en-terprises in 2018-2022 as research objects,and the impact of digital transformation on the high-quality develop-ment of enterprises is analyzed by using the fixed effect model.The study shows that digital transformation can play a significant role in promoting the high-quality development of enterprises,and the mechanism test indicates that in the process of digital transformation for high-quality development,asset structure and internal control can play a mediating role,and enterprise business risk has a significant moderating role.Further heterogeneity analysis shows that digital transformation plays a significant role in the process of promoting high-quality development of enterprises and non-high-tech enterprises in the eastern region.The article finally puts forward relevant policy rec-ommendations based on the findings of the study,with a view to providing experience and reference for Chinese manufacturing enterprises in the implementation of digital transformation for high-quality development.
