供应商选择与企业绿色创新

摘要 绿色创新是协调经济增长和环境保护的重要支撑,在理论阐释供应商选择影响企业绿色创新机制的基础上,以2001—2020年沪深A股上市公司为研究对象,考察供应商选择影响企业绿色创新的效应。研究发现,企业选择高科技供应商和环保型供应商可以有效促进绿色创新。机制检验表明,企业选择高科技供应商和环保型供应商分别通过增强科技感知度和提升环境管理水平,促进绿色创新;另外,该效应在绿色金融发展水平较高的地区较弱。异质性检验表明,议价能力强的企业选择高科技供应商对其绿色创新的促进作用更强;企业所在地的市场化水平越高,选择高科技供应商和环保型供应商对绿色创新的影响更加显著。从供应商选择的视角阐释企业绿色创新水平提升的机制,为构建市场和政府相结合的绿色创新激励政策提供了理论支撑。 Green innovation is an important support for coordinating economic growth and environmental pro⁃tection.Based on the theoretical explanation,it takes A-share listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2001 to 2020 to examine the effect of supplier selection on green innovation.It has found that choosing high-tech and environmental-friendly suppliers can enhance a company’s level of green innovation effectively.This conclu⁃sion still stands after various robustness tests.Mechanism research shows that selecting high-tech suppliers and en⁃vironmental-friendly suppliers can promote green innovation by enhancing technology awareness and improving environmental management,respectively.At the same time,this effect is regulated by green finance development.The heterogeneity test indicates enterprises with stronger bargaining power choose high-tech suppliers can pro⁃mote their green innovation.Otherwise,enterprises with weaker bargaining power choose environment-friendly sup⁃pliers can promote their green innovation.Besides,the better the market environment is,the more significant the enhancement is.This conclusion not only provides a new method for improving the green innovation,but also pro⁃vides support for constructing a green innovation incentive policy that combines the market and government.
