德国“双元制”视角下产教深度融合的途径探究

摘要 校企合作、产教融合是职业教育提质培优的必然选择。近年来,我国在推动职业院校和企业良性互动方面多措并举,为产教深度融合打下了坚实基础,但也暴露出一些新的问题。另外,德国“双元制”模式正是产教融合的先进典型,汲取其可行性思路,为我国校企合作、产教融合提供一些参考,主要提炼为:政府要在制度完善、资源统筹、监督评价等机制优化上持续发力;学校要在内涵建设、共赢合作机制探究上稳步推进;企业也须强化责任担当,深入参与人才培养过程,为实现可持续发展而精耕细作。 School enterprise cooperation and integration of industry and education are inevitable choices for improving the quality and quality of vocational education.In recent years,China has taken multiple measures to promote positive interaction between vocational colleges and enterprises,laying a solid foundation for the deep integration of industry and education.However,some new problems have also been exposed.In addition,the"Dual System"model in Germany is an advanced example of industry education integration.Drawing on its feasibility ideas,it provides some references for China's school enterprise cooperation and industry education integration.The main points are as follows:the government should continue to make efforts in institutional improvement,resource coordination,supervision and evaluation mechanism optimization;Schools should steadily promote the construction of connotation and explore win-win cooperation mechanisms;Enterprises also need to strengthen their sense of responsibility,deeply participate in the talent cultivation process,and work diligently to achieve sustainable development.
