大力发展继续教育、助力全民终身学习是当今时代的主流。我国持续推进全民终身学习的学习型社会建设,推动全体公民的全面发展,其中,“大思政课”承担着非常重要的“立德树人”使命。继续教育“大思政课”工作面向的是学校教育之后的全体社会成员,通过铸魂育人的火热实践助推继续教育学习者厚植思想根基、延伸学习视野、建功时代伟业。继续教育“大思政课”工作的开展,要把握好“思政小课堂”与“社会大课堂”、“教育供给侧”与“教育需求链”、“教育现代化”与“学习型社会”、“教育数字化”与“沉浸式思政”几组关系,在守正的基础上创新继续教育“大思政课”的内容、形式、方法,从打造课堂教学新篇、打造社会教育平台、打造数智教育终端、打造金牌师资队伍等方面构建继续教育“大思政课”工作体系。
