职教本科学生职业核心素养框架模型构建、培育现状和提升路径

摘要 时代性是职教本科学生职业核心素养的典型特征,数字经济背景对职教本科学生职业核心素养提出了新要求,基于“发散——聚合”思路,通过政策文件查阅、专家意见征询等方式,从“个体发展维度、企业融合维度、社会参与维度”提炼出数字经济背景下职教本科学生职业核心素养框架模型,并以典型职教本科为调研样本,对职教本科学生职业核心素养培育现状展开调研,深度挖掘职教本科院校学生职业核心素养存在的问题,针对性地提出了数字经济背景下职教本科学生职业核心素养培育路径,助力学生实现更充分、更高质量就业。 The timeliness is a typical characteristic of vocational undergraduate students' professional core quality.The background of digital economy puts forward new requirements for vocational undergraduate students' professional core literacy.Based on the “divergence-aggregation” thinking,this paper extracts a framework model of vocational undergraduate students' professional core literacy in the context of digital economy from the “individual development dimension,enterprise integration dimension,and social participation dimension” through consulting policy documents and expert opinions.Taking a typical vocational undergraduate college as a research sample,this paper investigates the current situation of cultivating vocational undergraduate students' professional core literacy,deeply explores the problems existing in the professional core literacy of vocational undergraduate students,and puts forward a targeted cultivation path for vocational undergraduate students' professional core literacy in the context of digital economy,helping students achieve fuller and higher quality employment.
