人工智能引领下的高校劳动教育改革探究

Exploration of the Reform of Labor Education in Colleges and Universities Led by Artificial Intelligence

随着科技革命的发展,人工智能AI正扩大着对千行百业的影响,信息化、智能化、虚拟化势不可挡,全球的社会产业结构、劳动力市场及高等教育理念将面临深刻变革。基于此,将把劳动教育与AI融合开展研究,剖析其所蕴含的系列机遇及多重挑战,提出宏观层面,政府深化宣传劳育,升级保障体系;中观层面,高校从教育理念、宣传阵地、硬件优化、师资培养、课程体系五个方面,全面形成支持体系;微观层面,学生个人需要提升社会责任感、精进劳动核心能力,由此对高校劳动教育进行改革优化。

With the development of the technological revolution,artificial intelligence(AI) is expanding its influence across various industries.The trends of informatization,intelligentization and virtualization are irresistible and the global social industrial structure,labor market and higher education concepts will face profound changes.Based on this,this paper conducts a fusion study on labor education and AI,analyzes the series of opportunities and multiple challenges it entails,and proposes the following strategies:at the macro level,the government should deepen the promotion of labor education and upgrade the security system;at the meso level,universities should comprehensively form a support system through five strategies,namely,educational philosophy,propaganda fronts,hardware optimization,teacher training and curriculum system;at the micro level,individual students need to enhance their social responsibility and improve their core labor skills.Through these reforms and optimizations of labor education in universities,we aim to help labor education find its accurate positioning in the future era of AI and keep pace with social and economic development.
