摘要
本文以某电力推进船舶为研究对象,在其寿命期内进行电源线瞬变试验和电压波形畸变率试验,验证了应用外接式监测仪器进行电能品质监测的可行性。根据工程实践过程,建立了电能品质监测工作机制,形成了管理模式和实施模式,为电能品质监测提供了制度支撑。
Taking an electric ship as the research object,the power line transient test and the total harmonic distortion test of voltage during its life cycle are conducted to verifythe feasibility of power quality monitoring technology using external monitoring equipment.Based on the engineering practice,the working mechanism of power quality is built,management model and implementation modelare formed,which provides technical support for power quality monitoring.
