基于PLC的轨道吊远程操控系统研究与设计

摘要 针对港口公司和设备制造商轨道吊的远程控制相关问题,本文以网络通讯技术为主,监控技术为辅,厂区分布图为前提,利用PLC相关通信设备设计的轨道吊操控拓扑结构,实现轨道吊远程操控设计和上位监控画面组态。经测试,各轨道吊之间通过PLC设置实时通信紧密,轨道吊内部冗余功能正常,系统整体工作的安全性高等优点。 In response to the issues related to remote control of rail cranes for port companies and equipment manufacturers,this article focuses on network communication technology,supplemented by monitoring technology,and based on the distribution map of the factory area,using PLC related communication equipment to design the topology structure of rail crane control,to achieve remote control design and upper level monitoring screen configuration of rail cranes.After testing,it has been found that real-time communication between each rail crane is tight through PLC settings,the internal redundancy function of the rail crane is normal,and the overall safety of the system is high.
