光动力疗法治疗晚期食管癌的研究进展

Research progress in photodynamic therapy for the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer

食管癌是临床消化道常见肿瘤,大部分患者发现较晚,无法手术治疗。光动力疗法(Photodynamic Therapy,PDT)是目前临床治疗恶性肿瘤的一种新手段,具有非侵入性、低不良反应以及免疫激活等优势,临床疗效好且安全性高,可改善晚期食管癌患者吞咽困难等症状,延长患者生存期,改善患者生活质量。本文将对PDT在晚期食管癌患者治疗中的作用机制、临床应用及优缺点进行综述。

Esophageal cancer is a common clinical tumor of the digestive tract,and most patients are detected late and cannot be treated with surgery.Photodynamic therapy(PDT)is a new type of clinical treatment for malignant tumors,which has the advantages of non-invasiveness,low toxicity and side effects,immune activation,good clinical efficacy,and high safety,and it can improve dysphagia,prolong survival,and improve the quality of life of patients with advanced esophageal cancer.This article reviews the mechanism,clinical application,advantages,and disadvantages of PDT in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer.
