卡托普利舌下含服救治高血压急症的临床疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy of Captopril Sublingual Administration in the Treatment of Hypertensive Emergencies

目的探究采用卡托普利舌下含服对高血压急症的救治效果。方法选取2019年8月至2022年8月就诊于泰康燕园康复医院的200例高血压急症患者为研究对象,分为观察组(卡托普利舌下含服,n=100)和对照组(硝苯地平舌下含服,n=100),对两组患者的临床疗效和不良反应进行比较。结果8周治疗后,两组患者血压情况和临床症状均好转,且观察组患者临床有效率更高(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者收缩压、舒张压和心率均无显著差异;治疗后,两组患者收缩压、舒张压和心率均显著下降(P<0.05),且观察组收缩压、舒张压和心率下降程度更明显(P<0.001)。两组患者头痛、面部潮红、呼吸急促、心率加快,不良反应发生率无显著差异(P=0.733)。结论卡托普利舌下含服可平稳、有效降低血压,减慢心率,且不良反应少,对高血压急诊的疗效满意。

Objective Exploring the therapeutic effect of sublingual administration of captopril on hypertensive emergencies.Methods Selecting 200 hypertensive emergency patients who visited Taikang Yanyuan Rehabilitation Hospital from August 2019 to August 2022 as the research subjects,they were divided into the observation group(captopril sublingual administration,n=100)and the control group(nifedipine sublingual administration,n=100).The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results After 8 weeks of treatment,the blood pressure and clinical symptoms of both groups were improved,and the clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,and heart rate of the two groupshad no significant difference.After treatment,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,and heart rate of patients were significantly decreased in both groups(P<0.05),and the degrees of decline of systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,and heart rate was more significant in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.001).There were no significant difference in the incidence of headache,facial flushing,shortness of breath,and rapid heart rate between the two groups(P=0.733).Conclusion Sublingual administration of captopril can stably and effectively reduce blood pressure,slow down heart rate,and has less adverse reactions,which is satisfactory for emergency treatment of hypertension.
