脑卒中急救护理小组模式在脑卒中病人抢救中的应用效果

The Application Effect of the Stroke Emergency Nursing Group Model in the Rescue of Stroke Patients

目的脑卒中患者抢救过程中,采取卒中急救护理小组模式的应用效果。方法选取滨州医学院附属医院2021年4月至2023年4月收治的160脑卒中患者,收集患者的临床资料,根据护理模式的不同,分为研究组(急救护理小组模式,n=80)和对照组(常规护理模式,n=80)。比较两组患者的急诊救治时间,NIHSS评分、FMA评分、Barthel评分、SS-QOL评分、不良反应。结果研究组患者急救前评估时间、院前急救时间、院内诊断时间及院内急救时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.01);出院时及出院1个月后,相较于对照组,研究组NIHSS评分下降程度更明显(P<0.001),FMA评分上升程度更明显(P<0.001);且出院时和出院1个月后,相较于对照组,研究组Barthel评分和SS-QOL评分均上升程度更明显(P<0.001)。研究组中并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于脑卒中患者,采取急救护理小组模式不仅有利于缩短急救时间,改善患者预后,且急救过程中并发症发生率较低。

Objective To evaluate the application effect of stroke emergency nursing group mode in the rescue process of stroke patients.Methods 160 stroke patients admitted to Binzhou Medical College Affiliated Hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected,collect their clinical data,and divide them into the study group(stroke emergency nursing group mode,n=80)and the control group(conventional nursing mode,n=80)according to different nursing modes.The time of emergency treatment,NIHSS score,FMA score,Barthel score,and SS-QOL score,adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The pre-emergency assessment time,pre-hospital emergency time,in-hospital diagnosis time,and in-hospital emergency time in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.01).At discharge and 1 month after discharge,compared with the control group,the NIHSS score of the study group decreased more significantly(P<0.001),and the FMA score increased more significantly(P<0.001).At discharge and 1 month after discharge,Barthel score and SS-QOL score in the study group increased more significantly compared with the control group(P<0.001).The complication rate in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For stroke patients,adopting stroke emergency nursing group mode is not only conducive to shortening emergency time and improving patient prognosis,but also has a low incidence of complications during emergency treatment.
