1,4-二氧杂螺[4.5]癸烷-8,8-二甲醇的合成

摘要 以丙二酸二乙酯和丙烯酸乙酯为起始原料,经环合、脱羧、缩合和还原反应合成了目标化合物1,4-二氧杂螺[4.5]癸烷-8,8-二甲醇,四步反应总收率达60.6%,研究了各步反应参数,目标化合物经MS和1H NMR得到了确证。该工艺原料易得,收率较高,操作简单。 The target compound 1,4-dioxaspirodecane[4.5]-8,8-dimethanol was prepared through cyclization,decarboxylation,condensation and reduction by using dimethyl malonate and ethyl acrylate as raw materials,the total yield of four-step reaction was 60.6%,raction parameters of each step was studied and the target compound was characterized by confirmed by MS and 1H NMR.The raw materials are readily available,the yield is high,and the process is simple.
