摘要 分析了当前化工行业面临的安全风险与挑战,探讨了智能化技术在化工企业安全管理中的应用。随着信息技术的迅速发展,通过引入物联网、大数据分析、人工智能等技术,化工企业能够实现对生产过程的实时监控与数据分析,从而提高安全预警能力和应急响应效率。案例分析表明,某化工企业通过智能化系统的应用,成功降低了事故发生率,实现了更高的安全标准。探讨了智能化技术实施过程中存在的实际问题,强调了企业在智能化转型中应注重技术与管理相结合。最后,提出了未来化工企业智能化安全管理的发展方向与建议,为相关研究与实践提供参考。 This article explores the application of intelligent technology in safety management of chemical enterprises,and analyzes the current safety risks and challenges faced by the chemical industry.With the rapid development of infor-mation technology,chemical management can achieve real-time monitoring and data analysis of the production process by introducing technologies such as the Internet of things,big data analysis,and artificial intelligence,thereby improv-ing safety warning capabilities and emergency response efficiency.Case analysis shows that a certain chemical enter-prise has successfully reduced the accident rate and achieved higher safety standards through the application of intelli-gent systems.The article also explores the practical problems that may be encountered during the implementation of in-telligent technology,emphasizing that enterprises should pay attention to the combination of technology and management in the process of intelligent transformation.Finally,the direction and suggestions for the intelligent development of safety management in future chemical enterprises were proposed,providing reference for relevant research and practice.
