摘要
目的:探究钻山风中无机元素的含量,为钻山风药材的资源开发和安全使用提供科学依据。方法:采用微波消解-ICP和ICP-MS测定Li、Be、Ti、V、Cr、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、Ga、As、Sr、Cd、Sn、Sb、Ba、Hg、Tl、Pb、Bi、Mg、K、Fe、Mn、Ca 25种无机元素的含量。结果:钻山风中无机元素含量较高的依次为Ca、K、Mg、Ti、Zn、Fe、Sr、Ba,2批样品中有害元素Cd检出含量超过《药用植物及制剂外经贸绿色行业标准》规定的限量标准值0.3 mg/kg,其内梅罗综合污染风险评价为轻污染,其他3批样品的内梅罗综合污染风险评价为安全。结论:钻山风中含有丰富的无机元素,可为其临床药用安全性提供科学依据。
Objective:Exploring the content of inorganic elements in Diamond Mountain Wind provides scientific basis for the resource development and safety of Diamond Mountain Wind medicinal herbs.Method:Microwave digestion ICP and ICP MS were used to determine the content of 25 inorganic elements,including Li,Be,Ti,V,Cr,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn,Ga,As,Sr,Cd,Sn,Sb,Ba,Hg,Tl,Pb,Bi,Mg,K,Fe,Mn,Ca etc.Result:The higher content of inorganic elements in Diamond Mountain Wind is Ca,K,Mg,Ti,Zn,Fe,Sr,Ba in sequence.The detection content of harmful element Cd in two batches of samples exceeds the limit value of 0.3 mg/kg specified in the"Green Industry Standard for Pharmaceutical Plants and Prepa‐rations in Foreign Trade",and the comprehensive pollution risk assessment of Nemero is light pollution.The comprehen‐sive pollution risk assessment of Nemero in the other three batches of samples is safe.Conclusion:Diamond Mountain Wind contains rich inorganic elements,which can provide scientific basis for its clinical medicinal safety.
