摘要
专业综合实验是强化应用化学专业大学生实践能力与创新能力的核心教学环节。基于高分子废弃物高值化利用理念,以提升学生自主学习能力、工程实践能力为教学目标,将科研成果有机融入专业综合实验教学环节,设计了“木质素多孔碳的制备及电化学性能研究”探究型实验。以工业硫酸盐木质素为原料,采用碳化活化法制备多孔碳材料,然后将其制备成电极材料用于超级电容器,利用电化学工作站测试其应用性能。该实验增强了学生对高分子废弃物转化工艺与超级电容器储能机理的理解,使学生能够自主完成实验步骤设计、表征与应用测试,有效拓展了实验教学的广度与深度。
Professional comprehensive experiments are the key teaching segment to strengthen the practical and innovative abilities of undergraduates majoring in applied chemistry.Based on the concept of high-value utilization of polymer waste,with the teaching goal of improving students'self-learning ability and engineering practice ability,the research results are organically integrated into the professional comprehensive experimental teaching process,and an exploratory experiment called"Preparation and Electrochemical Performance of Lignin Porous Carbon"is designed.Using industrial sulfate lignin as raw material,porous carbon materials were prepared by carbonization activation method,and then prepared into electrode materials for supercapacitors.Their application performance was tested using an electrochemical workstation.This experiment enhances students'understanding of polymer waste conversion processes and supercapacitor energy storage mechanisms,enabling them to independently complete experimental step design,characterization,and application testing,
