信息化背景下的智慧国土空间规划思路探索

随着科学技术的发展,我国信息化技术取得了很大进步,并在国土空间规划管理中得到了广泛应用。建立大数据智能化国土空间规划布局,有利于弥补大数据研发利用中存在的缺陷。借助智能理论、创新理念,可以推进国土空间规划、政策制度、科研技术的深度融合,提高生态文明背景下智慧国土空间规划水平。基于此,本文首先对智慧国土空间规划进行了概述,其次探讨了智慧国土空间规划遵循的原则,最后分析了信息化背景下智慧国土空间的规划思路,以期为提高城市建设韧性提供参考和借鉴。

With the development of science and technology,China's information technology has made great progress and has been widely applied in national spatial planning and management.Establishing a big data intelligent national spatial planning layout is conducive to filling the gaps in the development and utilization of big data.With the help of intelligent theory and innovative concepts,it promotes the deep integration of national spatial planning,policy systems,and scientific research technology,and improves the level of intelligent national spatial planning in the context of ecological civilization.Based on this,this article first provides an overview of smart land spatial planning,then explores the principles followed by smart land spatial planning,and finally analyzes the planning ideas of smart land space under the background of informatization,in order to provide reference and reference for improving urban construction resilience.
