摘要
本文探索了基于研发流程的航空发动机研制项目工作量评价机制,阐述了技术量化评价思路,明确了技术量化评价具体方法和步骤,并选取试点项目进行测算,对结果进行误差分析。该方法可以推动科研人员提高工作质量和效率,鼓励“一次把事情做对”,对航空发动机研制项目的人力资源管理有较强的应用价值和指导意义。
Explore the workload evaluation mechanism of aero-engine development projects based on the R&D process,expound the idea of technical quantitative evaluation,and clarify the specific methods and steps of technical wood quantitative evaluation are carried out,and pilot projects are selected for calculation and error analysis of results.This method can encourage researchers to staff improve the quality and efficiency of work,and encourage"do the right thing one time",it has strong use value and guiding significance of human resources management in aero-enginedevelopment projects.
