新制度主义视域下本科创新教学发展路径研究

摘要 传统的教学理念、教学管理和教学方式不能有效满足创新型人才培养的需求,大学创新教学成为建设一流本科教育的必由之路。基于H省内部分高校本科创新教学存在的问题,以新制度主义作为分析框架,从规制性、规范性和文化—认知性要素出发,归纳总结出本科创新教学制度供给不够、教学制度依赖下的惯性阻碍、高校教学学术文化缺失等影响创新教学成效的障碍,有针对性地提出推进有组织模式培养、重构评价制度、厚植创新校园文化、深入实施数字化战略的建议。 Traditional teaching concepts,management,and methods cannot effectively meet the needs of cultivating innovative talents.Innovative teaching in universities has become the only way to build first-class undergraduate education.Based on the present situation of innovative undergraduate teaching in some universities in H province,using new institutionalism as the analytical framework,starting from regulatory,normative,and cultural cognitive elements,this paper summarizes the reasons that affect the effectiveness of innovative teaching,such as insufficient supply of undergraduate innovative teaching systems,inertia obstacles under the dependence of teaching systems,and the lack of academic culture in university teaching.Targeted suggestions are proposed to promote the cultivation of organized models,restructure evaluation systems,cultivate innovative campus culture,and deeply implement digital strategies.
