基于元宇宙的机床夹具认知三维虚拟辅助教学系统研发

摘要 基于工程教育和新工科高校人才培养建设需求,结合机械专业学科特点,聚焦机床夹具设计的核心知识领域,通过元宇宙数字空间构建兼具趣味性和专业性的机床夹具认知三维虚拟辅助教学系统。通过虚拟现实头盔等设备终端实现夹具结构和功能的三维立体展示,使学生在沉浸式的虚拟环境中就能轻松掌握夹具的相关知识。有效打破传统机械教学在空间与设备资源上的束缚,突破传统图纸和实物教学的局限,提供线上学习与线下实践结合的教学模式,显著提高教学效果和教学质量。该文的研究成果为机械教学的现代化和数字化转型提供了新的思路与方法,也为新工科人才培养模式的创新与发展提供了有益的参考和借鉴。 Based on the construction requirements of engineering education and talent cultivation in new engineering colleges and universities,combined with the characteristics of mechanical engineering disciplines,this study focuses on the core knowledge areas of machine tool fixture design and constructs a three-dimensional virtual auxiliary teaching system for machine tool fixture cognition that is both interesting and professional through the metaverse digital space.Through equipment terminals such as virtual reality helmets,the three-dimensional display of fixture structure and function is realized,enabling students to easily master relevant knowledge of fixtures in an immersive virtual environment.This effectively breaks the constraints of traditional mechanical teaching in terms of space and equipment resources,transcends the limitations of traditional drawings and physical teaching,provides a teaching mode that combines online learning with offline practice,and significantly improves teaching effectiveness and quality.The research results of this paper provide new ideas and methods for the modernization and digital transformation of mechanical teaching,as well as beneficial references for the innovation and development of the new engineering talent training model.
