怀宁县地质灾害风险调查评价

Investigation and evaluation of geological hazard risks in Huaining County

摘要 怀宁县地处安徽省西南部、大别山南麓前沿,区内崩塌、滑坡等地质灾害较为发育,对地质灾害点周边构成潜在安全隐患。为响应落实中央和安徽省政府加强地质灾害防治的工作要求,在怀宁县全县境内开展了风险调查评价。综合遥感影像、地质调查、物探、钻探等技术成果,利用信息量法、层次分析法对怀宁县进行了风险等级划分,取得主要成果:(1)系统总结了区内地质环境条件和地质灾害发育特征;(2)怀宁县全域分为5个高风险区、20个中风险区、4个低风险区,分别占国土面积0.3%、15.6%、84.1%。怀宁县地质灾害风险调查评价具备系统性,数据来源可靠,一方面为该区后续地质灾害的防治工作指明了方向,另一方面对相近地区开展相关工作具有重要参考意义。 Huaining County is located in the southwestern part of Anhui Province,at the southern foot of the Dabie Mountains,where geological hazards such as collapses and landslides are more developed,posing potential safety hazards around the geologic hazard sites.In response to the implementation of the central government and the Anhui Provincial Government to strengthen the prevention and control of geologic hazards,the risk survey and evaluation was carried out in the whole county of Huaining County.Comprehensive remote sensing images,geological surveys,physical exploration,drilling and other technical results,the use of information quantity method,hierarchical analysis method of risk classification of Huaining County,to achieve the main results:(1)systematically summarize the geological environmental conditions and geological hazards in the area of the development of the characteristics;(2)Huaining County is divided into five high-risk areas,20 medium-risk areas,four low-risk areas,respectively,accounted for the national territory of the area of 0.3%,15.6%,84.1%.The survey and evaluation of geological disaster risk in Huaining County is systematic and the data source is reliable,which on the one hand points out the direction for the subsequent prevention and control of geological disasters in the area,and on the other hand is an important reference significance for the similar areas to carry out the relevant work.
