摘要
采用理论分析和数值分析相结合的方法,对出口美国地铁车辆转向架与车体之间的传递率进行了分析。在产品方案设计阶段,采用理论分析得出的传递率为0.04,验证了方案的合理性;在产品详细设计阶段,创建详细的数值模型,考虑系统的阻尼等信息得出的传递率为0.03,两种方法得出的传递率均远小于1;采用动力学模型在真实的轨道激励下运行,车辆的舒适度等级良好,有效地控制了车辆不同系统振动传递特性,保证了车辆运行舒适度,为产品研发提供了有力的理论依据。
Using the methods of theoretical analysis and numerical analysis,the transmission rate between the bogie and the carbody of the export metro vehicle was analyzed,and the theoretical analysis was adopted in the product scheme design stage.The transmitted rate obtained is 0.04,which verifies the rationality of the scheme.In the detailed design stage of the product,a detailed numerical model is created.Considering the damping and other information of the system,the transmittance obtained is 0.03,and the transmittance ob⁃tained by both methods is much less than 1.Finally the dynamic model is used to operate under the real track excitation to reveal that the comfort level of the vehicle is good,which effectively controls the vibration trans⁃mission characteristics of different systems of the vehicle to ensure the operating comfort.It provides a strong theoretical basis for the product development.
