摘要
针对C5210锡磷青铜带在实际生产过程由于工艺控制不合理,出现的铸坯偏析严重、晶粒粗大、板形不良及尺寸精度不高等问题,对C5210锡磷青铜带连铸工艺、均匀化退火工艺、粗中轧工作辊凸度选择、精轧机辊系配置参数选择及中间退火工艺进行研究,得到了更为合理化的生产工艺控制条件。试验证明,采用优化后的条件生产可以解决上述常见问题,达到规模化生产,满足市场需求。
In response to the problems of C5210 tin phosphorus bronze strip in the actual production,such as severe casting billet segregation,coarse grains,undesirable plate shape,and low dimensional accuracy caused by unreasonable process control,the paper studies the continuous casting process of C5210 tin phosphorus bronze strip,homogenizing annealing process,selection of roughing/intermediate roll convexity,parameters selection of finish roll system and intermediate annealing process to obtain more rational production process control conditions.The test results proved that the optimized production can solve the above common problems,achieve large-scale production,and meet market demand.
